The success of our fundraiser depends on the generous donations of our members and friends in the larger community. Whether you're an event sponsor or donate another amount of your choosing, your gift moves us closer to meeting our fundraising goals.

Our sponsors will be recognized at the event and on our website. Please indicate how you'd like your name to appear, or if you prefer to remain anonymous.


Tickets ($80 per person, includes dinner and 1 drink ticket)

For security reasons, we need to know who is coming to the event. Please enter the names of everyone in your party (including yourself). If you're not sure who will be attending at this time, fill out what you can and leave the rest blank. You will have the opportunity to provide this information at a later date.
