Sisterhood is the organization for and about all women of Adat Chaverim. We join together for programs benefiting the Congregation and the community, including social activities, Torah study, and, above all, individual growth, fulfilling our potential as people and as Jewish women.

What does Sisterhood do?

Helps with Congregation social functions, lifecycle and holiday celebrations, Oneg Shabbats and Kiddushim

• Sponsors speakers and educational forums
• Participates in Social Action projects
• Holds monthly membership meetings and social programs
• Encourages religion in family life
• Fosters leadership skill development through Board and volunteer opportunities
• Raises funds to provide camp scholarships to our youth, as well as for donations and gifts to the Congregation
